  21.     HashCalc is an easy-to-use utility that allows to compute message digests, checksums and HMACs for files, as well as for text and hex strings. It offers a choice of 11 most popular hash and checksum algorithms for calculations.

  25.      1. Support of 12 well-known and documented hash and checksum algorithms: MD2, MD4, MD5, SHA-1, SHA-2 (256, 384, 512), RIPEMD-160, PANAMA, TIGER,  ADLER32, CRC32; 
  26.      2. Support of the MD4-based hash algorithm used in many P2P applications (eDonkey, eMule, etc.); 
  27.      3. Support of 2 modes of calculations: HASH/CHECKSUM and HMAC;
  28.      4. Support of 3 input data formats: files, text strings and hex strings;
  29.      5. Work with large size files. (Tested on files with size up to 15 GB);

  41.     To install HashCalc, run Setup.exe from the distribution.
  42.     To uninstall HashCalc, run "Add or Remove Programs" from Control Panel, or run Uninstall from Start\All Programs\HashCalc.
